Maryellen, you seemed to have known, from day one, that while I was seeming very excited about my impending journey, letting go of a home filled with 26-years of memories, was going to be challenging.. for both you and I. Nevertheless, you took charge... the home was photographed (despite my having to reschedule several times), the "For Sale" was posted, the listing went public, and the open houses were scheduled.. all within three weeks of our initial meeting! Upon receiving (and my accepting) the "winning" offer, you quickly (and effectively) negotiated a final offer, put together the P&S Agreement, and worked with the buyer's agent to schedule the home inspection. The fire inspection soon followed and the closing date was set. Although the rest seems like a big blur to me now, I know I couldn't have made it through the process without you.
